Core of the body is the key center of our stability and health. Whether it's improving posture, preventing back pain or reproductive health, proper leg engagement is essential. In this workshop you will learn how to activate your leg muscles for natural core stability.
Using precisely guided positions, you will become aware of the connection between your legs, pelvis and abdomen, which will help you better understand your own body and support the healthy development of the skeletal muscle system even outside the mat.
WHAT'S COMING UP?
You will try simple and effective positions that support overall vitality .There will be time to do headstand and shoulderstand. You will also get the opportunity to work in pairs. At the end, you can look forward to breathing while lying on your back and soothing relaxation .
